The system-wide e-signature provider setting (pandaDoc or pandaDocEmail), used when a product group's Signing option is E-signature. pandaDoc signs in an in-portal iframe; pandaDocEmail sends a signing link by email.

An interest rate that moves up or down during the loan/credit line term based on a prime rate. An interest rate calculated as the sum of the prime rate and the margin.
