Overview

HES LoanBox does not maintain its own reporting module. Instead, it integrates with Metabase, a third-party business intelligence tool, and surfaces Metabase dashboards directly in the BackOffice portal. Operations, risk, finance, and product teams build their own dashboards and reports in Metabase, then make them available to HES LoanBox users through the embedded “Analytics” area of the BackOffice.
